Too Many Christian- A Problem

70% of people (I think) is Christian, and if they join together and made a war against other religions, that will be a problem. Besides that there are a lot of other issues with too many Christians, what do you think?

If people wish to believe in something then we have no right to deter them from that. There have been no recent problems with Christianity. It used to be Protestant against Catholic and the Holy Wars but those are done now. The real problems religiously are in the Middle East.

You really think so? What about all of the Christian groups that have lobbied against stem cell research, and censorship of media? I would consider those to be recent problems.

I wouldn't. I just looked into this and saw that these were friendly protests. As long as no one is dead then these protests are a fine display of one's views.

The fact that they want to restrict our freedoms is still a problem. Maybe not as immediately severe in appearance as some other things, but a problem nonetheless.

Well we are infringing on their religion. You have to look through their eyes also.

If those religions have elements that restrict our freedoms, they are infringing on our rights that have been established by the democratically elected government of our country. Those rights have been given to everyone in our country, no matter what belief system they endorse. The moment any group tries to take away our rights and freedoms is the moment that something needs to be done to put a stop to it.

We are infringing upon their right to believe. They are not taking away our rights. Am I removing our rights by arguing the toss with you here? No. It is simply a display of their views. Just becuase we can do it doesn't make it right.

We are not infringing on their right to believe, unless that right gives them the right to crush our freedoms. They may not be taking away our rights, but they're trying pretty damn hard to do it.
