Perfect Island

This is my idea for the perfect land. Pick an island in the Atlantic Ocean with a mountain on it. Create an eco-friendly land on that island. Ban all motor vehicles, power island with solar power or wind power etc. In the summer and winter there will tourism and many eco-loving hippies will move there to live. It will be a money bundle and I will live happily on the top of the mountain with all I ever wanted. Excluding the last part, what do you think?

Sounds a lot like Iceland, except for the tourism part.

Iceland? I think not. Iceland is allowed motor vehicles. I'm talking about making profit from certain people's insuperable desire to go ecological. It's brilliant.
