All I know is that many think that Bush caused 9/11. Personally, I don't think he is that nutty yet.

What's wrong with killing inhabitants?

A country is a place to live. Many forget that. Above all of the war, famine, corruption and money, a country is a place for the inhabitants to live, thrive and contribute. If you kill them, you are destroying the sociological fabric of each nation.
